We mainly read news through social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, where what we read can be biased, or partial. We launch a platform that brings together different newspapers to give our subscribers access to qualified and diverse information. Focusing on young workers who want to regain more control over the way they obtain information.

We do not want to rally a press or a political orientation, but to replace the media at the centre of its activity: to inform and awaken the reader.

Henry Lachappelle is a co-founder of ComPress. He is an exchange student from France at Berkeley Haas School of Business. Henry got the idea to create ComPress because he found it frustrating that he had to pay for multiple newspaper subscriptions in order to get diversified information.
